Urban Dictionary is a crowdsourced online wordbook for shoptalk words and expressions, operating under the aphorism" Define Your World." (1) The website was innovated in 1999 by Aaron Peckham. Firstly, Urban Dictionary was intended as a wordbook of shoptalk or artistic words and expressions, not generally plant in standard wordbooks, but it's now used to define any word, event, or  including sexually unequivocal content). Words or expressions on Urban Dictionary may have multiple delineations, operation exemplifications, and markers. As of 2014, the wordbook had over seven million delineations, while around new entries were being added daily. 

Urban Dictionary History 

 The point was innovated in 1999 by Aaron Peckham while he was a beginner computer wisdom major at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He launched the point to compare civic shoptalk used by university scholars in different corridor of California. He'd preliminarily created a caricature interpretation of the Ask Jeeves web hunt machine while studying at Cal Poly but closed the website after he entered an violation letter. For the first five times, the point generated profit but didn't make a profit. As of January 5, 2014, 50 of the point's business was mobile and the iPhone app had been downloaded nearly three million times. (10) Although English entries were by far the most common previous to the multilingual transition, some words from languages that have been incorporated or assimilated into English- speaking societies were published, including those from Swahili, Arabic, and the Fula languages.
